The Lyndon B. Johnson Student Center & Event Services manages event spaces across campus including the LBJ Student Center (LBJSC), J.C. Kellam Administration Building (JCK) 11th Floor, and outdoor spaces including LBJ Mall, the Quad, Bobcat Trail, Concho Green.

Campus Access

Many activities require a Campus Access permit to ensure university policy and safety compliance. Our central intake process manages Posting & Literature, Brand Activations, Solicitation, Electioneering, Temporary Structures, Food Permits, and External Speakers.
